Week 13 - Jordan

Technically two separate images, but putting them together with a border makes a diptych which is one image, right? Anyway, the left side gives you context, the right side gives you the details. This is some flooding next to the interstate about 15 or 20 miles south of Fargo. Yes, that’s water, and yes, that should be an interstate exit. It’s pretty crazy.

Week 12 - Jordan

It’s been a…crazy week or so up here in Fargo. Flooding, snow storms and freezing, flooding, and more flooding. Not to mention sandbags, dikes, and levees. My photo this week is of all that stands in the way of flood waters and my area of town. They’ve been building it like crazy over the last week, so we’re very thankful that it was finished in time.

Week 11 - Jordan

We may not have flowers, but we have other forms of life. Illegal forms of life. Our complex is still encouraging us to “tattle tail” on other residents via a form they gave us. The catch? You have to know their pets’ names in order to report them. I don’t even know the names of other residents.

Week 10 - Jordan

My photo this week is of someone who seems to be a regular visitor to our apartment complex: firefighters. Twice yesterday, these guys and their engine came out to our complex to deal with an errant smoke detector. The goal of this shot was to drag the shutter and make it appear that they were hustling and bustling around because of it - a lie! How well do you think it worked?

Week 10 - Nate

Cici Stolee is the star this week. She was out loving her new backyard but had a hard time deciding between the tennis ball and the stick.
