This is Plato. He's kind of the live-in mascot of the Humane Society. He's not always incredibly friendly towards me, but I'm sure he'll come around.

Nila and I were both off work yesterday so we decided to take the opportunity to do a short photo shoot of Sarah. There were several good ones but this was my favorite for the expression on her face.

This little guy had his leg stepped on or something before he got to the Humane Society. His cast says "OUCH".

This picture is actually Nila’s handiwork (pun intended) that I’m borrowing for the project. She captured it during some “tummy time” with Sarah. I really liked it in B&W and thought it was too good not to post.

Week 11 - Nate

The unseasonably warm spring has had us out working in the yard quite a bit already. We haven’t got so far as to plant flowers yet like some of our neighbors, but we have gotten the beds all ready with fresh mulch. We ran across this guy (and several others) while tilling the soil.

Week 10 - Jordan

I'm learning quite a bit at the Humane Society. I also learned, the quickest way to getting myself killed would be to adopt a giant, sweet, dog like Leon here. :-( He curled up in my lap.
