Week 10 - Jordan

My photo this week is of someone who seems to be a regular visitor to our apartment complex: firefighters. Twice yesterday, these guys and their engine came out to our complex to deal with an errant smoke detector. The goal of this shot was to drag the shutter and make it appear that they were hustling and bustling around because of it - a lie! How well do you think it worked?

Cici Stolee is the star this week. She was out loving her new backyard but had a hard time deciding between the tennis ball and the stick.

Week 9 – Nate

Yes, this hotel does exist.
Yes, I am in the last available room.
Yes, I was hailed on immediately after taking this picture – my camera bag is still soaked from the sprint back to my room.
And no, I did not make it to KC tonight.

Week 09 – Jordan

My mom and sister were visiting us, so I managed to forget to get out and take a photo of something. Molly prepared a very tasty dinner of maniladas, so they’re the subject this week.

Week 08 - Jordan

I took this last Sunday after finishing up Molly’s office. I’m decently happy with how this photo turned out, but I’m sure there’s something better out there than a whale that watches you with a security camera.

Week 07 - Jordan

Saw an awesomely bright sundog the other morning, so I grabbed a few pictures to make an HDR out of it.

I only wish my UV filter hadn’t flared up during this. I really should just remove it.

Week 7 – Nate

I went driving this morning to find something worth taking a picture of and found this car a few miles into Minnesota. Kind of random, I know, but I think it turned out alright.

Week 06 - Jordan

The past couple days have proven to be very warm in our apartment thanks to what seems to be a broken thermostat. In the same vein as so many on Flickr, I thought I’d add to it.

I’ve been really sick this week. I took a grand total of 3 pictures; all on Monday while I was out driving around. I’m actually pretty happy with how this one turned out.
